The Lovely weather in Wollongong
Dont know what was going on but on the day this was taken it was 38 outside they must have been cooking in those costumes
Went on a day-cation this week to a town called Wollongong. It’s a two hour train ride from Sydney so not too bad. On my way there I was enjoying the views and listening to my ipod about an hour into my journey. I suddenly realised everyone was off the train and a guy was telling me I had to leave. The train had broke down or something like that and I had to go get on a bus to take me the rest of the way. It was not too bad I figured out how to get to where I needed to go, played it cool but was a little panicky on the inside.

This week the weather has been total crap (gnomes hate the rain). Know when you go on a vacation and for some reason you figure that the place your going is always going to be perfect weather... I pack along those lines so I don’t have any real jackets or things to wear in the rain. To add on to that I was hanging my clothes to dry on the day that the rain started so I had no pants till two days later when I finally gave in and paid for the dryer.
I fell down this weekend while wearing high heals and hurt one of my ankles nothing to bad but I got a minor sprain on my left ankle. I am still going to go surfing camp tomorrow so picture this... I’ll be wearing a bandage around my left ankle and a knee brace on my right leg... Yeah I’m bad ass!
Cheers

I love your atttitude Angela keep it up and keep the blogs coming. Hope the ankle is better and that you are having the time of your life.
ReplyDeleteSilly silly, you always have to pack for the rain around those parts. Kind of unexpected, but you gotta make sure to bring that raincoat the next time!
ReplyDeleteTell me, are you planning on going to the Blue Mountains at all? If you do, let me know how the Three Sisters are doing.
I hope your ankle feels better, that's got to be outrageously painful, especially with trying to surf on it.
Keep posting blogs, I love reading about it. It makes me want to save my money even more and get my butt over there A.S.A.P.!
Have fun!
